Ephesians 1 :13 — Ephesians 2 :10

13 In whom you also, having heard the ^aword of the truth, the gospel of your salvation, in Him also believing, you were ¹^bsealed with the ^cHoly Spirit of the ²promise,

14 Who is the ¹^apledge of our ²^binheritance ³unto the ⁴^credemption of the ⁵acquired ^dpossession, to the ⁶^epraise of His glory.

15 Therefore I also, having ^aheard of ¹the faith in the Lord Jesus which is among you and your love to all the saints,

16 Do not cease ^agiving thanks for you, making mention of you in my prayers,

17 That the ¹^aGod of our Lord Jesus Christ, the ²Father of glory, may give to you a ³^bspirit of ⁴^cwisdom and ^drevelation in the ^efull knowledge of Him,

18 The ¹^aeyes of your heart having been ²^benlightened, that you may know what is the ³^chope of His ⁴^dcalling, and what are the ⁵^eriches of the glory of His ⁶^finheritance in the saints,

19 And what is the surpassing greatness of His ¹^apower toward us who believe, ²according to the ^boperation of the ^cmight of His strength,

20 Which He caused to operate in Christ in ¹^araising Him from the dead and ²^bseating Him at His ³right hand in the ⁴^cheavenlies,

21 Far above all ¹^arule and authority and power and lordship and ²every ^bname that is named not only in this ^cage but also in that which is to come;

22 And He ¹^asubjected all things under His feet and ²gave Him to be ^bHead over all things ³to the ⁴^cchurch,

23 Which is His ¹^aBody, the ²^bfullness of the One who ³^cfills all in all.

CHAPTER 2

1 ¹And you, though ²^adead in your ³offenses and sins,

2 In which you once ^awalked according to the ¹^bage of this world, according to the ²^cruler of the authority of the air, of the ³spirit which is now operating in the ⁴^dsons of disobedience;

3 Among ¹whom ²we also all conducted ourselves once in the ³^alusts of our flesh, doing the desires of the flesh and of the thoughts, and were by nature ⁴children of ^bwrath, even as the rest;

4 ¹But God, being ^arich in ²mercy, because of His ³great ^blove with which He loved us,

5 Even when we were ^adead in offenses, made us ¹^balive ²together with ³Christ (by ⁴^cgrace you have been ⁵saved)

6 And ¹^araised us up ²together with Him and ³^bseated us together with Him in the ⁴^cheavenlies ⁵in Christ Jesus,

7 That He might ¹display in the ²ages to come the surpassing ³^ariches of His grace in ⁴^bkindness toward us in Christ Jesus.

8 ¹For by ²^agrace you have been saved through ³^bfaith, and ⁴this not of yourselves; it is the ^cgift of God;

9 Not of ^aworks that no one should ^bboast.

10 For we are His ¹masterpiece, ²^acreated in Christ Jesus for ^bgood works, which God prepared ³beforehand in order that we would ^cwalk in them.

Galatians 6 :11 — Ephesians 1 :12

11 See with what ¹large letters I have written to you with my ^aown hand.

12 As many as desire to make a ¹good show ²in the flesh, these compel you to be ^acircumcised, but only that they may not be ^bpersecuted for the ^ccross of Christ.

13 For neither do they that become circumcised ^akeep the law themselves, but they desire you to be circumcised that they may boast ^bin your flesh.

14 But far be it from me to ^aboast except in the ¹^bcross of our Lord Jesus Christ, through ²whom the ³world has been ^ccrucified to me and I to the world.

15 For neither is ¹^acircumcision anything nor uncircumcision, but a ¹^bnew creation is what matters.

16 And as many as ¹walk by this ²^arule, ³^bpeace be upon them and mercy, even upon the ⁴^cIsrael of God.

17 Henceforth let no one trouble me, for I bear in my body the ¹^abrands of Jesus.

18 The ¹^agrace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with your ²spirit, ³^bbrothers. Amen.

CHAPTER 1

1 ¹Paul, an ^aapostle of Christ Jesus through the ²will of God, to the ³^bsaints who are ⁴in ^cEphesus and are ⁵^dfaithful in Christ Jesus:

2 ¹^aGrace to you and ²peace from ³God our ^bFather and the ⁴^cLord Jesus Christ.

3 ¹^aBlessed be the ²^bGod and Father of ³our Lord Jesus Christ, who has ⁴blessed us ⁵with every ⁶spiritual ⁷blessing in the ⁸^cheavenlies ⁹in Christ,

4 Even as He ¹^achose us in Him ²^bbefore the foundation of the world to be ³^choly and ⁴without blemish ⁵before Him ⁶in ⁷^dlove,

5 ¹^aPredestinating us unto ²^bsonship ³through Jesus Christ to Himself, according to the ⁴^cgood pleasure of His ^dwill,

6 To the ¹^apraise of the ²^bglory of His ^cgrace, with which He ³graced us in the ⁴^dBeloved;

7 In whom we have ¹^aredemption through His ^bblood, the ²^cforgiveness of ^doffenses, according to the ^eriches of His grace,

8 Which He caused to ¹abound to us in all ²^awisdom and prudence,

9 ¹Making known to us the ²^amystery of His ^bwill ³according to His ^cgood pleasure, which He ⁴^dpurposed in Himself,

10 Unto the ¹^aeconomy of the ²fullness of the times, to ³^bhead up all things in ⁴Christ, the ^cthings in the heavens and the things on the earth, in Him;

11 In whom also we ¹were designated as an ^ainheritance, having been ²^bpredestinated according to the ³^cpurpose of the One who works all things according to the ⁴counsel of His ⁴^dwill,

12 That we would be to the ¹^apraise of His glory who have ²first hoped in Christ.
